Can't install companion on Windows 7

Can't install companion on Windows 7

Hi,

I have downloaded the companion for Windows and double click to run, nothing seems to happen so I double click again and get the following message

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"

I have tried restarting but I get the same thing happening.
