Cant download Pocketcloud companion on IPad
Cant download Pocketcloud companion on IPad
Hello, I am using Pocketcloud and when I try to access certain files a message comes up asking that I download Pocketcloud companion. When I try it states that I can't download using Safari. Can you please let me know how to resolve this.

What it is asking you to do is download the companion software on your remote computer and not on your iPad. The companion software is only supported on Mac or Windows computers.
