Can't download companion on iPad
Can't download companion on iPad
Hello,
I am using Pocketcloud and in order for me to have full access to my computer a notice comes up requesting that I download the Pocketcloud companion. When I attempt to install it I get a message stating that it does not work with Safari. Can you please let me know what can be done to get he Pocketcloud companion set up on my IPad.

Eddie,
The Windows Companion or the Mac Companion are designed to be run and installed on a Windows or Mac operating system. For this reason, they need to be downloaded and installed on your computer, not on your Android or iDevice.
