Unhappy Can't connect to RDP with iPad, but it works connecting with HTC G2 (Android)

Hello,

I have the PocketCloud Pro version installed on my iPad, and the free version installed on my Android Phone. I can connect to my laptop just fine with my phone. However, I receive a "RDP Session Disconnected" Error when I try to connect to the same computer with my iPad. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: I'm using the same WiFi connection on my phone and iPad which is here at work. My laptop is on my home WiFi.

MickQn, Are you using auto connection or manual?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I am using the auto-connect. However, when I got home that night I checked the settings on the companion and it looked like I never set a port, so I put one in there. I tested the connection and ran the diagnostics... everything appeared fine. I then tried connecting to the PC with my iPad again and it worked like a charm! Not sure why I could connect with my phone, but not with the iPad, though?

My issue has been resolved, but I still have this question remaining (in case I encounter the same issue in the future).
