cannot connect to my pc. pleae help!

cannot connect to my pc. pleae help!

I downloaded pocketcloud on my iPad and my computer. My iPad shows that I am coonected. It says "Discovered Connections [ON]", but when I click on that connection, after 10 seconds or so, it says "Could not connect to server". I do not know what to do. Can someone help me with this? Is there anything else I need to set up? It seems that there is no tech support to be walked through.
