Can RDP to old pc but can't to new PC ?

Can RDP to old pc but can't to new PC ?

My user had a Dell E4200 with Win 32 bit and was able to RDP to that PC with no issues using, Cisco Anyconnect, PocketCloudPro on an iPad.....

Today I setup a new Dell XPS Win 64 bit with a Targus USB port replicator for a wired ethernet connection, using same iPad and only changing PC name it will not connect. PC is logged onto the domain with no problems so I know PC is on network. And I enabled allow RDP connections and added this user as a valid RPD user.

I can change back to and connect to the Old PC using the PC name but when I change to new PC name and try to connect it very quickly fails. The only real symptom is that it fails seems to fail "too quickly" as if it didn't have time to find PC.

Any ideas or suggestions?
