Bluetooth keyboard issue

I use a Kensington Bluetooth keyboard and it works with one main exception. At times it seems there's a 'sleep' or power save on the unit after 30 seconds...the keyboard stops working and won't work until I click once on the WYSE keyboard icon. The screen keyboard still doesn't show as I would expect when bluetooth is connected. It just takes clicking on the WYSE keyboard Icon to have the BT keyboard re-enable. It doesn't do this in Safari or notes on the Ipad. Just in Pocket Cloud....it's almost not enough to complain about but life would be no fun if I couldn't *** a little.

I also had another BT device separate from the unit which I didn't like but it did always work without fail in Pocket Cloud.

Hi Jconant, Can you please check your app version using help menu. This should be fixed in the latest.

Can any one assist? The keyboard disconnect issue really is counter productive. It happens many times during any remote session I have. I have found that you don't even have to wait 30 seconds for what seems to be a sleep or hibernate related issue...it drops within 5 seconds of reconnect.

2.1.217 is the version. I haven't seen any updates from the market place. Thanks, Jon

I have rma'd the unit with Kensington....they think it's product defect

Will wait and see. I am not so sure product defect is correct here....It seems like software to me cause it does work and then quits.
