Black host

Black host

I have installed pocket cloud for the iPad and the host software on a windows 7 machine at home. Once installaed The pocket cloud software works very well and I set it up through my gmail account. Problem is now with the host pc. After the initial install the screen on the host pc worked fine. After I left the pc and returned to it an hour or two later, the screen is black and acts as if it is in sleep mode. I rebooted and the screen will not come up. Pocket cloud recognizes the host pc and I can see everything functioning from the emulated screen. Further, I have tried to intercept the start up by hitting f2 and f8 to get the os to not load the driver and this does not work!? The issue persists and the only thing I have seen is a quick "ghost screen" on the host of the windows login logo very briefly when I enter in a user name from the emulated terminal and the desktop is being loaded. Please help.

Is your PC a laptop? My daughter's laptop screen went black. Rebooting did not help until I disconnected the power and removed the battery. Rebooting after that was fine.

Are you able to use your PC directly, without going through PocketCloud? It seems like your OS is corrupted and that's beyond our realm of support.
