3g connect
3g connect
Hi everyone, i'm having problem trying to connect through 3g, what are the things I need to set?
It said cannot connect the server...
I configure the ip address correctly...

you may want to review the documentation to verify that you have setup your PC properly and that you either have the PocketCloud Windows Companion installed on the PC or port forwarding enabled.

This may be a firewall blocking issue. When you try to access your home computer behind a router/firewall it blocks any incoming connections. To overcome this issue we have introduced "Auto-Discovery" feature. You can use your gmail login to discover the machines. Please refer "Automatic Discovery" section in our user guide.

I am having the same issue in trying to connect via 3g. It connects no worries through Wi-fi. I am unsure how to remedy this?
