Unable to view Full Screen Application
I am hoping that someone may be able to help me to resolve my issue with Pocketcloud. I am able to connect to my PC without issue and I can use almost all my applications, which includes launching, editing and closing applications and documents. One application however I am unable to access once it launches, all I get is a black screen. The application is Star Wars the Old Republic game. I know the application runs in a Full Screen mode and I am wondering if that is the issue. Has anyone else come across this problem with full screen applications?
What is even more strange is I can use the keyboard command to ALT+Tab to other open windows and I see the application tab at the bottom of my desktop so it must be running.
I am connecting to a Windows 7 PC from a Sensation XE.

Hi,
Have you tried to change resolution on PocketCloud?
Press and Hold connection name > Edit > change resolution > Save
See if it fixes your problem
