Trouble with password on VNC setup
Trouble with password on VNC setup
Hello.
I am trying to install Pocket Cloud on my Android and Mac OS laptop. I can log in with my gmail and everything, but it fails to accept the password I specify when I do the set up on my laptop.
Auto-Discovery recognizes my computer on my device, but I can't log in due to the password issue. Please Help! Thanks

HI Mike, which password are you using on your device. You should be using the password you set on your system preference- sharing-remote management-computer settings.

Mike,
If it is asking for VNC password then you shoul enter VNC password.
Prompted for a VNC password, but you don't know what it is
Go to Start > Programs > Tight VNC > TightVNC Server (Service Mode) > TightVNC Service (Control Interface). After you do that you should see a "V" icon in your tray. Right click on that and select "Configuration". You will then be able to set your "Primary password".
