This is driving me mad please help.

Unhappy This is driving me mad please help.

I am using the free version of pocketcloud on my HTC Rezound. I have set up the companion on my Windows 7 machine and I can connect with no problems. When I try to log in to windows with my password the keyboard is stuck in caps. This makes it impossible to log in or use passwords. I have seen other reports of this problem with HTC phones. Is there anything I can do? Here is what I have tried.

-Checked to make sure "caps lock" was not enabled on my remote machine.
-Switched to a different default keyboard on my phone. I tried all 3 types.
-Downloaded and tried a 3rd party keyboard for my phone.

I was going to try to purchase the pro version of the app but I am hesitant to do so without knowing if this problem can be resolved. Thanks in advance for your help.

Does your remote computer not have a keyboard attached to it? Sometimes this can also cause this to happen depending on the version of Windows.

Does toggling caps lock or the shift key help?

Does Windows show caps lock is enabled on the login screen? (like the image below)
