Hi, I cannot for the life of me get this application to work.

I'm running it on a verizon droid incredible with android 2.2 froyo on it. My computer is running win7 home premium x64 and I'm using TightVNC. It is a home computer and i have been attempting auto discover although i have briefly tried manually connecting via vnc and ran into similar problems. I have forwarded the port I defined for usage in TightVNC and then after encountering problems I removed my router firewall from the equation by hard lining into my modem. I am allowing loopback connections in tightvnc and I created an exception in my firewall (ZoneAlarm) and then disabled the firewall and returned to using windows firewall for good measure. I ensured that Windows firewall was accepting remote assistance(along with anything else with the word remote in it) from public sources. Pocketcloud recognizes my PC and the companion program says I'm ready to connect. Every time I attempt to connect it requests a VNC password(which I set in TightVNC) and then says "connecting" for about 25 seconds before it says "session disconnected". Lastly I am using the free version of the application and I don't know which "app version" it is because at the bottom of the help tab there is nothing but links to PocketCloud and Wyse Technology, Inc. Please help I am normally very proficient with all things computer but I have tried every solution already posted on the forum. I am beginning to think this is just a vnc issue with the beta release of auto discovery.

Hi,

It could be VNC problem. Please re-inter password in VNC (Server tab)
Make sure you do it for Primary and View Only password as well.
Then re-launch PocketCloud app and try to make a connection again.
Make sure you are logged in in Windows Companion Google Account too.
