Requesting Manual Refresh Button (or asking if it exists?)

Hello,

It would be great to have a manual refresh button, my screen often takes ~8 seconds to refresh on the phone. I was using another Android VNC app that had a refresh button, however switched to PocketCloud because I like the cursor feature.
