Remote sound

Remote sound

Hi, I am running the free PocketCloud application for Android on an Archos 101 tablet. I am using it to login to a remote PC running Windows Home Server.

I need to keep the audio output of the remote PC (the Windows Home Server) local to that machine, i.e. the audio applications running on it should continue to drive its own local sound cards and not attempt to send audio to my tablet.

I believe that the relevant options if I was using the Windows remote desktop application that comes with Windows XP would be \f and for the Linux rdesktop software the option is -r sound:remote What is the option for PocketCloud and how do I set it?
Thanks
Mark

Here is how you adjust the audio settings with RDP connections:

-Navigate to the Settings screen within PocketCloud
-Under RDP performance tuning, move the Sound slider all the way to the right (to Sound: on remote computer)

That will make it so the audio will only play from the remote server.
