re-installed; no icon to run diagnostics

re-installed; no icon to run diagnostics

Could not connect. So I removed pocketcloud companion from my pc and re-installed it. But onthe re-install I did not get the step where you enter your gmail account and password. It went right to the screen where it says installation finished. Also, I am not getting the icon on the taskbar where you run diagnostics. On my start menu I can find pocketcloud companion but when I right click there is no option for diagnostics. My android phone cannot find this computer. I went through all the steps as far as making sure I am not blocked by a firewall and the settings for remote access check out. I don't know what to do.

Hi,

Please follow next steps:

Start > All Programs > Wyse > Right click on PocketCloud Windows Companion > Pin to taskbar
After that you will be able to see the icon on your PC taskbar.
Right click on this icon > Auto Discovery Settings > Login to Google account

You can also run diagnostics
