PocketCloud stuck on "Connecting..." when connecting to Windows client

PocketCloud stuck on "Connecting..." when connecting to Windows client

Hello,
I recently installed PocketCloud Companion v. 2.3.7 on a Windows 7 Professional x64 computer, but I am unable to connect to that computer on my Android tablet. I am using the Pro version of PocketCloud Client on the tablet. I am able to connect to two other computers on the network, one Mac running OS X 10.7.2 (also running Windows 7 Pro, and PocketCloud is able to connect to that as well), a PC running Windows Server 2008 R2. The only connection I'm not able to make is the one to the Win 7 Pro notebook. As far as troubleshooting, I have tried running the setup wizard, ensuring port 5222 (TCP) was open in the Windows Firewall, uninstalled and reinstalled PocketCloud companion, restarting the computer, running the diagnostics built into the program (it says that RDP is listening on 3389), and connecting via RDC from the Mac (it works fine). Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!

Could you please try to relogin on the windows companion client and retry again?
Let me know if it works

Do you have any anti-virus programs installed on the computer you cannot connect to? If so, can you add PocketCloud to the list of approved applications?

Have you attempted to create a manual connection to the computer? Are you able to connect that way? Can you connect via VNC rather than RDP?

As long as PocketCloud uses TCP port 5222, PocketCloud is allowed through the firewall. And it is configured to allow connections from any version of Remote Desktop. I have tried logging out and back in in the companion app, and that did not resolve the issue.

Hi,

Is remote settings on this laptop is set to Allow connections...? Is PocketCloud is allowed in Firewall?

No, that did not fix the issue. Do you have any further suggestions?
