Pocket cloud not working on work PC

I installed pocket cloud on my home laptop and my Android phone. this works perfectly. I uninstalled from my home laptop and installed on my work PC (I have admin rights on my work PC). the work computer is visible on the driod application, and I am able to get to the windows log in screen. when i type in my username and password, i get an error to check my username, password or domain. 

I have tried logging onto both the domain and the computer name itsself. I have also enabled my work PC to accept remote connections.

any suggestiosn on how I can fix this? being able to log into work while on call would be invaluable!!
