Paid PocketCloud Unstable on Droid-X
After trying the free version of PocketCloud on my Droid-X (running Android 2.1), I bought the paid version. The problem is that the paid version gets into a loop where the program launches, shows the splash screen, and then closes. The only way I have found to stop this loop was to uninstall and then reinstall, which is a problem because there is only one chance for a refund. My questions are:
1. What might explain why the program exhibits this unstable behavior, which is much more likely to occur using the Auto-Detect GMail connections?
2. Is there any other way to "reset" the program without doing an uninstall/reinstall (re-booting the Droid-X does not help)?
