On initial connection Windows screen pops up and freezes
On initial connection Windows screen pops up and freezes
RDP is working on my laptop and I can connect to it with RDP over other devices.
I have just installed PocketCloud Pro 1.2.280 on my Android Galaxy 10.1. When trying to connect to my laptop from the android:
A) click connect on the Android
B) the blue screen appears on my Android with the wheel and pointer. There is a spinning circle next to the word "Welcome"
C) My laptop switches to the login screen
D) On my Android the circle has stopped spinning.
This is all that has ever happened. It looks like they are communicating since I am clicking on the android and the laptop switches to the login screen, but nothing else. The App does not lock up either, I can hit the back arrow and it will ask if I want to disconnect, which I do and it goes back to the connect button.
Any ideas. It looks like a really cool program.

What version of Android is your Galaxy 10.1 using? What version of Windows are you connecting to (Windows 7, Vista, XP, Home, Pro, Ultimate, etc)? Are you using a automatic or manual connection? If you are using a automatic connection, what version of the Companion software are you using? Be sure you have the latest version (2.4.11) installed, you can download it here:
