no picture in WM Player...

 no picture in WM Player...

Hi.
Just downloaded pocket cloud for my Android. loving the app so far but have come across a problem.

I tried searching the forum but the search didn't come up with anything so please bare with me...

when I try to play videos stored on my pc(windows media audio/video file) I get sound but no picture.

I'm wondering what the problem is and how to fix it?

internet videos through the pc browser works fine, beit bit choppy at times.

any insight into the problem would be greatly appreciated.
