Log On using Tablet
Log On using Tablet
I just downloaded PC Companion and set it up on my PC.
When I tried to log on using the tablet, I get the log-on screen with user name and password.
I tried what I had entered and everything else I have as a password.
How can i reset the username and passwork to log on to the PC?

Prior to installing PC Companion I did not have a username / password required for login on the PC. I am running Windows XP.
After installing companion, I now need to enter a password that Companion set up. Not sure why it forced a change to my desktop PC and not just to enter from the tablet.

That is correct. After setting up a remote connection, a password is required for security purposes when establishing a remote session.

What OS are you running on the PC you are connecting to (XP, Vista, 7, etc)?
What you will need to use is the username and password you have set on the computer you are connecting to. Do you have a password set to log into Windows? To find out your username and to set or reset your password, you can access the User Accounts section under Control Panel.
