Log in problems
Log in problems
Hey!
Today, i installed the programm on my Galaxy S and on my win XP SP3 Computer at work.
installation went fine, but i have a problem at the login screen.
When i enter my correct log in information (i tried it in browser) the error message
"Login failed due to invalid credentials" on both systems.
Now I'm wondering, what I'm doing wrong, because i can log into gmail via gmail.com!

So, now i can login on both systems but my galaxy s shows me
Waiting for remote sign in
for about 20 minutes!
Anybody knows, what the prob is?

Hi,
I just want to verify the steps:
1. You did sign in into PocketCloud Windows Companion on your PC, right?
2. Then you see this computer on the Computers List in PocketCloud on Android device.
3. Then when you click on this computer to connect to it, you enter Windows User Name and Password of your Computer, correct?
and that is when you are getting the message " Waiting for remote login" ??
Please let us know if these steps are correct

Make sure your PC is ON at the time when you are trying to connect to it.
Did you allow remote access to your PC?
Did you add your username to Remote Users?
To do so:
Start > Right Click on Computer > Properties > Remote > Allow Users to connect.. (should be checked) > Select Remote users (check if your username is there)
And also just try to sign out and then sign in again into Windows Companion on PC

hi Gwalker, Can you connect to the same desktop using a desktop rdp client using the same credentials(username/password)?

so, now today, everything is different.
i can login on handy and computer, but i don't see the Computers List in PocketCloud on Android device

Hi Are you on 3g or wifi? Do you have network coverage? can you browse the net on the phone.
Do you get this message when you login to the computer or the settings-gmail login?
Are you able to login to the computer using desktop rdp client?
