Hi there,
I sent an email to Wyse via my evo and i got an email back to come to this forum to seek answers.
I purchased the Pro Version for Android of Pocket cloud. My phone is an Evo with froyo. Currently installed Pro Pocket cloud is working well, but when I was informed that there is an update for it I of course want to have my phone to be fully updated. But everytime I try to install the update, via manual and automatic, it always gives me "install unsuccessful". I would like some help and insight as to why the upgrade cannot install itself. My SD card is the original card and It has never been taken out fyi. 
I hope this forum can yield some answers regarding this issue. I don't want to fully uninstall it for fear that it will fail to install altogether which gives me a bad taste of a "scam" aftertaste in my mouth, to which I hope otherwise.

Please, help.

Please tap on the Wyse logo on the bottom of the home page and let me know what version is listed.
