Hello,

I can't connect.

I connected briefly a few months ago, but that was the only time.

I've looked at the trouble-shooting options and verified my set up, but can't verify which version I'm running for Android(?).

I did update the program on my desktop.

I don't want to connect using a google account, it's why I paid for this program.

When I run the "Wizard" everything is fine except when I don't agree to add any google account information.

I have spent many hours trying to get this to work.

I'm using RDP.

Please help.

got2fly2, you are not required to use a google account to use the application, only if you want to use a automatic connection. You can manually set up a connection (not suing the companion software). Please see the guide below on enabling Remote Desktop on your PC:

Once you have enabled remote desktop, follow these instructions for setting up a manual connection through PocketCloud:
