Error 1722 - installing software on computer

Cool Error 1722 - installing software on computer

I get the following message when trying to install the client on my comuter:

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action InstallVCRedist, location: c:\users\...\MSI6A5A.tmp, commandd: /Q

I solved the problem. Installer cannot start Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Setup. So the main problem is about MSVCRedist. 
for fix this issue download Microsoft fix tool from http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;946414. After you run fix tool, restart the computer then reinstall the Wyse Pocket Cloud.

I am having the same problem with Windows 7. None of these solutions resolves the problem. 

I used v2.2 what else can I do?

What steps have you taken so far to try and resolve the issue? Please completely uninstall the application and then re-download and install fromwww.wyse.com/pocketclouddownload.
