Duplicate connections listed on Android Phone
Duplicate connections listed on Android Phone
I have added the PocketCloud companion to 4 different computers @ work but when I look @ available computers to connect to on my phone (using the free version), each computer is listed twice....how can I fix it so they are only listed once? Only one of each of the computers lets me connect, the duplicate listed just opens a screen to upgrade to the full version of PocketCloud.
1- What is the version NUMBER of PocketCloud you are using on your mobile device (see link below if you don't know how to find this information)? (REQUIRED) 1.2.182
2- What is the model of the mobile device you are using(e.g. Evo, iPhone, iPhone4, iPad, Xoom)? Droid 3
3- What version of Windows are you using on your Remote computer (e.g. XP Pro, Vista Home, Win 7 Ultimate)? XP
4- What version of Mac OS X are you using on your Remote computer (e.g. Lion)?
5- What are the exact error messages (if any) that you are getting:
a- on your MOBILE DEVICE? No error message, all devices that I've loaded the companion on show up twice in the computer list...the 1st one listed is the actual link to connect, the 2nd one just comes up with a question asking me if I want to upgrade to the Pro version
b- on your REMOTE COMPUTER? None
6- What version NUMBER of PocketCloud Windows or Mac Companion is installed/or are you trying to install on your computer(e.g. 2.3.7, 2.0.22S)?(REQUIRED) 2.4.19
7- What Type of connection are you using? Discovered
8- What "Connection Method" are you using on your mobile device? RDP
