Does the free version only support 4:3 resolutions ??
Does the free version only support 4:3 resolutions ??
My configuration:
- DELL XPS Notebook running Windows 7 (32bit) with Wyse PocketCloud Windows Companion installed (auto discovery configured with a gmail account). I am driving an external monitor at 1920x1200.
- Asus Eee Pad Transformer Tablet running Honeycomb 3.1 with Wyse PocketCloud RDP/VNC (Ver 1.2.117 / Free).
I downloaded the free version to try out the app before purchasing the Pro version, but it only allows me to connect with a 4:3 resolution. When I am connected, I can see the PC screen on left side of the screen with a large black box filling up rest of the screen. Settings in the Android app only allows me to choose between 1280x1024, 1024x768, 800x600 and 640x480. I restarted both my PC and Tablet after installing, went through all the settings, but couldn’t find a way to enable Wide screen resolutions. I even lowered the resolution of my PC down to 1280x800, but nothing worked. Is this a limitation of the Free edition or is this a bug ?
