Does not work... period
Does not work... period
I cannot get the pocket companion to run on my pc. I'm using Windows 7 Professional. Every time I open the program, a window pops up stating that the service is not running, but it is. I go to the settings and it is enabled and started. What am I doing wrong?

Ridley,
There are a couple of things you can do. If you are able to see the icon on the right side of the taskbar, righ-click on it run Diagnosticas and see if you can get more information. If you cannot, try un-installing the Windows Companion and re-install. Please note if you get any error during the installation.
