Discovered Connections Fail
Discovered Connections Fail
Something is wrong with the Discovered Connections logic in Pocket Cloud. I can use Pocket Cloud to configure two different connections that both use 4GLTE and connect without problem to the target machine. Both RDP and VNC connections work over 4GLTE from from manually configured targets.
Google identified accounts fail as follows for both RDP and VNC connections:
::: Network Currently not reachable > Session disconnected> Connection failed could not connect to server > (repeat)
<<< Specs >>>
Network connection - 4GLTE Only
Windows 7 - latest patches
McAffee Virus Scanner (Firewall) - latest personal
D-Link DGL-4500 Router (Firewall) - latest updates
TightVNC - latest build
PocketCloud 1.2.265
Companion - latest build(?)

Hello mpalsson, sorry you are having trouble getting connected. What mobile device are you using and what version of Android is it? The latest build of the PocketCloud Companion is 2.2.15, is that the version you are using?
You are getting the errors (Session Disconnected, Connection Failed, etc) when trying to connect using an automatic connection? But you are not having trouble when manually configuring the connections?

ANDROID is 2.3.4
PocketCloud is 1.2.265
All manually defined are good, all discovered fail as indicated. Is it possible that Google is seeing wrong ip?

Have you tried logging out of your google account and then logging back in on the device / Companion application?
