Desktop unavailable

Desktop unavailable

I have Pocket Cloud installed on my Samsung Galaxy Tab (wifi only) and Pocket Cloud Windows Companion installed on my desktop computer (Windows 7 64bit Ultimate). When I attempt to connect by the tablet I sometimes get the Desktop unavailable message. There doesn't seem to be any reason for this message that I get since it doesn't always happen. And I'm not sure where to start checking. Thanks,
Ron

"Desktop unavailable" message is usually displayed when there is no or limited network connection.
To check if you have good network signal you need to go to the browser on your Android device and type something like CNN.com, see if you can get to this website.
Then launch PocketCloud again and try to connect.

Another thing you can do is to re-login into Windows Companion on your PC.

Thank you
