desktop shrinked, cannot use

desktop shrinked, cannot use

Free version of pocket cloud worked well. I bought the payed version to get the pinch and zoom feature. But the paid version seems to "autofit" my whole desktop to fit my droid x's screen. Hence my desktop content is shrunk with windows squished on top of one another. This is unusable. How can I get the full desktop view as in the free pocketcloud?

Could you please check what resolution you are using on Android?
Press and Hold Machine label > Edit > Resolution.

You can use any resolution from the list to best fit to your PC.

Also if it is possible please send us a screenshot and more detailed steps you did, so we can reproduce this issue.

Thanks

Works for him maybe, but the application does not list my screen resolution (1680x1050) as an option. This means the desktop will be resized, even using the highest available resolution (1440x900). Some applications don't take well to resizing, notable Windows RDP itself.. if I have an open session on another computer, I am unable to access the entire screen.

Custom resolutions would be very much appreciated.

I even bought the pro version for this feature ("extended resolutions for RDP"). Need 2560x1024. So maybe custom resolutions would be best.

Jens

PocketCloud Free installed and works, no issues, as in Wyse datasheet
max resolution for Free to set for a PC (Edit mode) is 1280x1024
then I installed PocketCloud Pro, Free version functions work

BUT! max resolution for Pro to set for a PC (Edit mode) is 1440x1280, not possible to set to 2560x1600
If I choose "Automatic" I have the same problem as dkloke, it is not usable, it messes up my standard desktop
in my case also audio doesn't work, even if I enable it in settings
due to 15min restriction on Market I had to refund, no support possible for free version so I was not able to test longer

my message to Wyse developers -> FIX THIS and you have me on board!
if you need help I would like to help to troubleshoot on my environment but only if I don't need to purchase the App before it is fixed

Wyse PC Server on Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit latest SP, Wyse Android Client on HTC Desire HD A 2.3.3 or on Samsung GT-1000 with 2.2.1
notebook PC has 30" external monitor with 2560x1600, single output used
