Connection
Hello,
I use pocket cloud on my Galaxy tab and it works fine with one computer. Now I want to connect another computer with Windows 7 and I can't get any connection. I also tried with a computer with Vista Home. They are all on the same network. After installing "windows companion" I can establish a connection with the same (allready made) manual connection?
Is it always necessary to use "windows companion" to make a connection with ip adres?

Hello Paul, it is not necessary to use the companion software to make connections. You can create a manual connection by following the manual connection setup guide here:

Using the companion software just simplifies the process for you. You should be able to connect to your other PC's when the companion is installed. If you are having trouble doing this, are you getting any kind of error message or anything?
