Connection Failed

Connection Failed

I downloaded TightVNC and not I get the error of connection failed, Could not connect to server every time I try to connect to my computer from my android tablet. I upgraded to Pro and downloaded the TightVNC - it was working before those two steps

Hi,

Please sign out from your Google account in PocketCloud Windows companion on the PC. Restart PC and then sign in again.

connection failed

Thank you for responding, but I still get the same error. This is the main reason why I bought a tablet so I really would LOVE to get this working. Thanks for any other help you can give.

Could you please check if "Allow Loopback connections" box is selected in TightVNC under Access Control tab.
Also if this is auto discovery connection please check the VNC port on TightVNC and Windows Companion. It should be the same.
