companion keeps crashing

companion keeps crashing

hello.
i have been installing pocketcloud on a few PCs in my office. works great on everyones til now.
i have a user running windows xp 32 bit.
i install the companion, it installs ok, but anytime i start it, it closes on its own right away.
i click on the symbol on the task bar; within 3 seconds the entire program closes itself.

when i hot the connect button on my Ipad, it either does nothing at all, or it tries to connect then times out.

i went into my "services" and the wyse one keeps going to "stopped" i hit start, it starts, and stops on its own within 10 seconds.

this is very frustrating. ideas???
