Can't connect to server using 3g. Wifi is fine

Can't connect to server using 3g. Wifi is fine

I have a Samsung Epic running Android 2.1 with PocketCloud 1.1.108 installed trying to connect to a Windows 7 Home Premium pc on a home network with a Linksys WRT54G router. I have TightVNC v2.0.2 installed on the pc as well as the PocketCloud Windows Companion v2.1.5. As I am only able to use VNC due to my Windows version, I have to manually create the connection. When my phone uses Wifi from the same network, there are no issues. When I turn Wifi off or am out of range, I get cannot connect to server. Any ideas?

Please try these steps using 3G:

1) in PocketCloud Settings log out from Auto Discovery Google account
2) on your PC log out and re-login again from PocketCloud Windows Companion Google account
3) Re-launch PocketCloud app on the device
4) Login in Auto Discovery again
5) Try to connect to the machine

let me know if it works
Regards
