Blank explorer windows in rdp after Pocket Cloud install
Blank explorer windows in rdp after Pocket Cloud install
server 2003 sp2
pocketcloud 2.1.11
All Internet Explorer / Explorer windows come up blank/unresponsive once PocketCloud service is started.
Local and via pocket cloud android app
Even the Log Off Windows dialog box blanks and is unresponsive.
A local rdp session with PocketCloud service stopped works fine.
Stopping the service while the app is hung and in a local rdp session, will cause the app and rdp session to become active and working properly.
Uninstall/reinstall/reboots have not resolved issue
No Events found!

Any help on this issue, or should i purchase another product?
