Auto-discovery not working, manual connection works

Auto-discovery not working, manual connection works

I can't seem to get auto discovery to work. I can configure it just fine on my PC, logging into my Google account is successful and according to the diagnostics RDP is listening on the right port. Auto-discovery on my phone (LG Optimus 2x) finds my computer, but when I try to connect I just get a black screen. The data connection doesn't appear to be transmitting anything when I try to connect. When I press the back button while on this black screen, it says "Disconnecting session".

The weird part is that a manual RDP connection does work flawlessly. Unfortunately I have a dynamic IP, so this isn't useful to me.

I use Windows 7, if that matters.

Hi,

What PocketCloud version do you use? Is it latest 1.2.164(Free?) 
What Windows Companion version do you use? Is it latest 2.2.15?
Are you on WiFi or3G?
Is NLA switched On on remote machine?
Sometimes if network signal is low it takes up to 1 min to display the screen. Try to tap the screen and wait. See if it works
