Auto Discovery and Sound

I have a question before I get the paid version since I will be buying it for my job since they will not, if I get the paid app will it play sound if I log in using auto discovery? I do not want to have to change settings on my router/firewall for security puposes. I am using the free version now and everything works great just need sound!
