Do you have a Touch Pointer on the screen?
The Touch Pointer has keyboard buttons.
Can you please send me the pic of your screen while you are in session?

There is no popup of any kind, other than the zoom icon. I have tried hitting different touch combos, but nothing happens. Btw i am engr who works on arm products.

also not working on Xoom
None of the buttons on the touch wheel work. This means I cannot login because I don't have a physical keyboard on the Xoom, nor do I have another soft button showing to show the keyboard.
Flattarcher, my touchwheel starts out hidden in the upper left corner of the screen. Perhaps yours is there also.

Keyboard does not automatically pop up without PocketWise installed on host computer
I do have the keyboard auto enable option checked, but according to the note for this option, PocketWise companion must be installed on the host computer for it to work, which I don't have installed.
The only way I can see to pull down the menu bar is from the mouse touch wheel, but as I explained, none of the buttons on the touch wheel will respond to my clicks. This is the main issue I'd like you to address. Seems to be an intermittent bug to me. It has worked before, and interestingly, is now working again when I connected to a remote computer to try your menu pull down suggestion.

If you touch the text box the keyboard will show up automaticaly. There is an option in PocketCloud Settings (Keyboard Auto Activate ON/OFF). Switch it ON
On some Android devices the Menu Options with Keyboard is hidden. You have to pull this menu down in order to see the menu otions.

Orrin77,
Try to keep Touch Pointer in FULL mode when all menu options on the Touch pointer are available.
PocketCloud settings > Touch Pointer compact mode OFF.
See if it will help.

I have a T-Mobile G Slate tablet on Android 3.0 . The Slate has no hardware menu button to configure for a keyboard pop up. In the PocketCloud app I have turned on the activate keyboard setting. Tapping in a field does not activate the keyboard. Is this a known issue for Slate owners and is a fix close at hand? Will gladly buy the Pro version if this gets fixed.
Thanks,

I have to retract my password work around. It's back to being completely broken today. No matter what I do. This really needs a fix ASAP!
