Android PocketCloud Problem

Android PocketCloud Problem

To whom it may concern,

First, I really like and enjoy this particular app. It may very well become one of my top favorites out there. Here is my issue. When I access my desktop from my Android phone, the background on my desktop disappears. While this may not be a critical issue for some, it it for me. Please tell me how to set up PocketCloud so this does not happen in the future again.

Under "Settings", verify that the "Wallpaper" option is turned on.

Thank you so much for responding, Montalvo. I'm wondering something else. Is there a section, here, on this website, that explains what each one of the settings is for? That would take me a long way toward understanding the operation of the app.

hi Torrent,
windows 7 home only supports vnc. On vnc sound is not supported.

I have same problem. checked marked the wallpaper setting and themes one as well. runing windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Also dont dget sound but i think i read wont have that if on home versions. Is there a way to fix this? using android version.

Torrent, what vnc server are you using? If you are using tigth vnc please make sure loopback connection is enabled.

Hi, i'm facing the same problem too, 
after i on my Themes and wallpaper from pocketcloud's setting
it still show the black screen after i reconnect to my pc
*i'm using windows 7 and Galaxy Tab.

Hi Torrent,

What version of PocketCloud are you using? Is it Free or Paid? And what is the version number?
