android pocketcloud fails to open

android pocketcloud fails to open

I can not find or change password, as It does not take the one I was sure it was.. Android device shows home pc as "unavailable" and as I do not know/remember VNC password, it will not allow acess. I tried reloading, but still requests VNC password even after restart.

A VNC password is needed to connect for your security.

To fix this you need to uninstall all VNC's you have on your PC.
Log out from PocketCloud Windows Companion, then
Go to Start > Controll Panel > Remove Programs > and uninstall all VNC you see there.
Also uninstall PocketCloud Windows Companion.

Restart your PC.

Then, install PocketCloud Windows Companion on your PC again.
(You can download the latest version of the companion here:  http://www.wyse.com/serviceandsuppor...20Downloads%29)

It should install TightVNC for you automaticaly. Just follow the instructions when installing Windows Companion, do not miss the point when it will ask you to set up the VNC PASSWORD. This will be the password you use when connecting through PocketCloud.

Please let me know if it fixed the problem
