Almost there, but...

Almost there, but...

From Android, my computer is discovered, connects, and I get my desktop's login screen with my personal account icon displayed (only one user account). But when I tap it, I get a Windows "Login failed" message saying that there is some login restriction in effect, such as login hours (which certainly is not the case).

I ran the PCloud Diagnostic utility, so maybe this is an account-specific setting? I'm using Windows 7 Pro.

On a related issue, I haven't been able to figure out how to configure the firewall in Norton Internet Security 2011 to unblock specific ports, but can I assume that if it gets to the Windows logon screen that that is not the issue?
