Wyse Management Suites V.3.1 Can't be displayed the web Console

Hi Experts!

After the Wyse Management Suites  V.3.1 which is the latest is being installed on the server (Windows Server 2016 build 1607), the page can’t displayed the WMS Web console. Can someone help us if you have experienced the same issue that we are encountering ? WMS WEb Console is not displayingWMS WEb Console is not displaying

Issue :

The Web page Can’t be displayed after installation of WMS.

Some Troubleshooting Done :

  • Re-install the WMS 3.1
  • Temporarily connect to the network
  • Enabled the TLS 3.0 on IE advanced settings
  • Enabled TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2
  • Turned  off the IE Enhanced Security Configuration

RFC 1918 addresses are not unique or route-able

The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) 
has reserved the following three blocks of the 
IP address space for private internets:
10.0.0.0   - 10.255.255.255  (10/8 prefix)
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255  (172.16/12 prefix)
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255 (192.168/16 prefix)

Hi

Could you be more specific ? i don't understand what you mean on this below . Do you have atleast recommendation to resolved the issue ? or any reference document on how can fix that?
