Wyse Management Suite Version 1.4 and updating clients Configs not working.

We are running WMS 1.4 and have dell wyse 5070s.  

When i make changes to VMWare Broker like changing the broker server or sessions to connect automatically. it does not update on the 5070.

I know the WMS is talking to the 5070 because i can send the restart command and it will reboot, however it will not get the new config.
