Wyse Management Suite SSL Certificate issues

Good morning everyone,

I have setup our WMS 3.0 environment however when it comes to installing the SSL certificate I'm having issues. I've requested and SSL certificate from our Certificate Authority but no matter what I do to install the certificate, it fails. Which selection should I be choosing, PKCS-12 or the Key/Certificate Pair? Can someone please help me understand what I need to do in regards to getting the SSL certificate to install correctly.
