Wyse Management Suite Renewal License

Hi,

I requested a renewal of my standard license for wyse management suite, but never got the mail.

Cant see the license key otherwise or request again.

Since its bound to the on-prem machine identifier, I'm stuck.

Can someone assist please?

I'm jumping in here because copilot had good things to say about @DELL-Scott H and I'm thinking this is the thread. I had to reinstall WMS because it had version 4.2.something and it wouldn't let me upgrade to 5.4. Now it won't accept the license that I just generated as being a standard license. From what copilot could see, it seems like the old license may be stuck and need to be cleared out by Dell. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Same problem here, just upgraded from 4.1.1 > 4.2.18 > 4.3.0.277 > 5.0.0.627 > 5.2.0.163 > 5.4.0.471

Generated standard key which I tried at each version got this at every step

Can you assist ?

We are also having this problem with our on prem WMS instance.  The license key says invalid, it will not let me request a new one as the renewal identifier is invalid?  Can you please message or email us @DELL-Scott H ?

Our license is now expired and we can no longer administrate.

My license expired for 5.1.351 in December.  I have a lot of devices in there and I can no longer add a connection to the terminals because it's greyed out since we did everything from the management.  I need to set a new connection address ASAP, but I cannot renew my license, I cannot register for a new one because it tells me to keep entering a state or province even though there is no form field for that.  Is the registration site not working?  I have tried different browsers and everything and just end up with "Record Not Found.  Please enter a valid renewal identifier and country" even those are all entered.  I need to get this resolved ASAP.  Please help!

I assume you mean WMS, not WDM @IT Neuhofer ?

If you go back to the WMS Standard renewal page, you can request the license be re sent
