I assume you mean WMS, not WDM @IT Neuhofer ?

If you go back to the WMS Standard renewal page, you can request the license be re sent

Yes, but i am not able to.

When i open the WMS Portal ( Version WMS 4.3 HF1 286 ), i am comming to the Subscription page because the Licence now is exp.

So i only able to see the WMS On-Premise Identifier: xxxx@xxxxxx

When i copy this, i get en errormessage.

I not see the "Renew Standard License"

I have the same problem with the same WMS Version. Have you got a solution? I try to get an new Standard License, but it doesn't work on the on-premise Installation.

I have the same Problem, but with the Version WMS 4.2.1.8

At the moment I can´t administrate the wyse clients and some of them looses their connection, it´s fine as long as they´re registered... 

@IT Himmel technologies  I suggest you upgrade your WMS to 4.4.1 or 5.0, then try to provision the license.  The process has improved in later builds. 

* As always ensure that you have a good backup prior to attempting the upgrade.  I suggest shutting down the VM and taking a snapshot or backup with everything shutdown that you can rollback to.
