WYSE Cloud Connect Issues

WYSE Cloud Connect Issues

Hi All and thank you for your time.

I am experiencing 2 issues with WYSE Cloud Connect

1. We cannot seem to get to our citrix environment via the receiver app. It says it cant connect the server. We can access the environment from any other device.

2. When the device is in locked down app mode, WIFI settings cannot be changed. Is there a fix for that?
