Hi,
The button to reboot a device is not working with Thin OS version 9.3 2102 neither with 9.3 3099.
Any idea what might be the issue? I am using WMS 3.3.1 29.

I believe this may be due to a port being blocked to access the systems. I believe it is port 1883. Check for that port being blocked.
I believe more specifically it was TCP 1883 outbound.

Another good test for this is to use the "Send Message" function in WMS. If the message is not immediately received by the device, it is a clear indicator that the MQTT service is not communicating, likely due to a port being blocked (1883)
