WMS with Windows RDP

Hello,

I'm having a bit of trouble to get the Wyse terminal working with Windows RDP server.

In my WMS policy, under the Broker Settings/Global Broker Settings, the "Default Broker Type" is Microsoft Remote Desktop Services and under the Microsoft Remote Desktop Settings, the "Broker Server" is configured to the Microsoft RDP server FQDN.

In the Wyse terminal, when I try to log into the Windows RDP server, it gives error message "login to broker server.domain.com failed => error; Couldnt connect to server.

Troubleshooting from the Wyse terminal shows that the RDP FQDN ping is answered and telnet to port 3389 is opened. 

Could someone possibly show some light on what or where might be the issue?
